RETURNS

1.1 FAULTY ITEM DELIVERED

Providing quality products to our customers is our priority. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a replacement, please:

  • Contact us via the contact form within 30 days of delivery, describing the issue.

  • Include photos of the product and packaging clearly showing the defect.

  • Provide your order number in your message.

Note: Packages damaged during delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • If these conditions are met, return the product within 30 days of receipt. The product must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


1.2 PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

If you have not received your order within 20 business days, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

  • Initial Investigation: Once you contact us, we will launch an investigation to locate your order.

  • Replacement Eligibility: If we confirm the order has not been delivered 30 business days after the shipping date, you will be eligible for a free replacement.

  • Correct Shipping Information: Please ensure the shipping information provided at the time of purchase is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Replacements do not apply if the package is returned to us because it was not picked up from the carrier. In such cases, we can resend the package, but additional shipping costs of CAD$7.99 will be the customer’s responsibility.


1.3 DAMAGED DURING USE

We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to improper use.


1.4 I CHANGED MY MIND

We accept cancellation requests as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

  • If you change your mind, contact us immediately.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. The product must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

To return an item:

  1. Contact us via the contact form and include your order number.

  2. We will confirm your request within 72 hours and provide a return address.

  3. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  4. Upon receipt of the returned package, a video recording of the package opening will be made to verify the returned product and its condition, in order to prevent any disputes.

Note: A tracking number is required for all returns. All items must be sent to the address provided by our customer service.

If the product received is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please refer to section 1.1 FAULTY ITEM DELIVERED.


1.5 ITEMS NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. In certain cases, partial refunds may apply:

  • Used product: 50% refund

  • New product without original packaging: 70% refund

  • Product returned without accessories: 70% refund

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


REFUNDS

2.1 PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Only the amount paid will be refunded. Once the order is placed, the price is final. Any subsequent price changes, including promotions, do not apply retroactively, except as noted above.


2.2 SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address at no additional cost.

  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address. Please verify your information carefully before placing your order. In this case, we are not responsible for delivery issues.

  • If you notice an incorrect address after shipping, you can contact the carrier directly to attempt rerouting. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.


2.3 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order on Dash$View.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Returns & Refunds Policy.
