Shipping Costs

  • All orders placed on our site include free fixed shipping.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed when you enter your shipping information on the payment page.

  • All orders include a tracking number.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided. Tracking availability depends on the logistics company handling your delivery.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your items are shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after order processing) are as follows:

  • Canada & USA: 6–12 business days

  • Europe & UK: 5–7 business days

  • French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM): 20–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Missing Items

If your order or part of your order has not arrived, please wait an additional 24–48 hours beyond the expected delivery date.
If your order still has not arrived, contact us at Contact@dash4view.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation

  • Most orders are processed within 12 hours.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at Contact@dash4view.com.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Address Errors

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate.

  • Address changes can only be made if your order has not been processed.

  • We are not responsible for undeliverable or refused packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.

  • Returned orders will either be refunded (minus shipping costs) or reshipped at your choice, after the parcel has been returned to us.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We want our customers to be fully informed about the products they order.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your items for any reason, including if you change your mind.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@dash4view.com. We will provide a return form and instructions.

  • Returns must be sent at your expense, with shipping insurance, to the address provided by our support team.
